At PSB Growth Venture, we value word-of-mouth and strong partnerships. Our Referral Program is designed to reward individuals who help us connect with new clients by promoting our services.

By participating in our Referral Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. One-Time Bill Referrals

15% Commission on the total bill amount will be rewarded as referral commission.

A bonus amount will be shared for the first bill generated for the referral.

Commission/bonus will only be released after full payment is received from the referred client.

No commission will be provided if the referral converts after 15 days of being introduced.

2. Recurring Bill Referrals (Updated Guidelines)

20% Commission on the base bill amount for the first month.

10% Commission on the base bill amount for subsequent months, as long as the referred person continues subscription with our services.

Bonus distribution for the first bill will follow this 3-step structure:

👉🏻 10% on completion of the first month.

👉🏻 20% on completion of the second month.

👉🏻 Thereafter, 10% monthly until the referred client is subscribed.

Updated Recurring Commission Policy

If you are an existing client of PSB Growth Venture, you will continue to receive recurring commissions as long as:

👉🏻 Your referred client stays subscribed, and

👉🏻 You are an active client during that period.

If you are not an existing client, you will now be eligible for:

👉🏻 20% commission on the first month

👉🏻 5% commission on the base bill amount for the following months, as long as the referred person continues with the subscription.

If you are a client but later discontinue services, your recurring commission will reduce to 5% from the following billing cycle.

If you re-subscribe later, the higher commission rate (10%) will resume.

3. General Terms

Referral commissions are calculated on the base bill amount (excluding taxes, ad spends, or third-party costs).

PSB Growth Venture reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Referral Program at any time, without prior notice.

Payments will be processed after successful verification of the referral and receipt of cleared funds.

4. Authority

This Referral Program is officially managed and executed under the authority of PSB Growth Venture.
