1. Company Details

PSB Growth Venture is based in Ellenabad, Haryana, India, offering performance marketing and automation solutions for:

• Digital Coaches & Trainers

• Online & Offline Institutes

• Hospitals & Clinics

• Service-based Businesses

2. Scope of Services

We provide customized marketing and technology solutions including (but not limited to):

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Google & YouTube Ads

• Funnel Strategy & Landing Page Designing

• Pabbly Automations, WhatsApp & Email Automations

• Website Development

• Consultancy & Ads Execution

3. Engagement Terms

• All client engagements are based on a minimum 3-month contract, followed by monthly invoicing.

• Services are customized as per client requirements; there are no fixed packages.

• Consultancy, planning, and execution are included as agreed in the proposal/contract.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth operations, clients must:

• Provide accurate business details, access to ad accounts, websites, and other required assets.

• Ensure compliance with Meta, Google, and other advertising platforms’ policies.

• Clear all payments 100% in advance for each month.

5. Payments & Refunds

• All service fees must be paid in full before the start of each billing cycle.

• No refunds will be issued once services are initiated.

• Ad spend (budget paid directly to Meta/Google/YouTube) is the responsibility of the client and is not included in our service fees.

6. Performance Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver the best possible outcomes, PSB Growth Venture does not guarantee any specific number of sales, leads, or ROI.

Campaign performance depends on various external factors including market trends, audience behavior, ad platform algorithms, and competition.

7. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared data, strategies, and business information.

• We respect client privacy and do not disclose sensitive information to third parties without consent.

8. Intellectual Property

• All strategies, creatives, and resources developed by PSB Growth Venture remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

• Upon payment, clients receive rights to use the materials for their own business purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

PSB Growth Venture is not liable for:

• Suspension or termination of ad accounts by Meta/Google/other platforms due to policy violations.

• Losses caused by third-party service providers, platform downtime, or unforeseen technical issues.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the campaigns.

10. Termination Policy

• Either party may terminate the agreement with a 15-day written notice.

• In case of termination, all fees for services already rendered remain non-refundable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Haryana, India.

12. Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
