At PSB Growth Venture, we believe in maintaining full transparency with our clients. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before engaging in our services.

1. No Refunds on Services

All payments made to PSB Growth Venture are non-refundable.

Once services such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Funnel Strategy, Automation Setup, or Website Development have been initiated, no refund will be issued.

2. Advance & Monthly Payments

Clients are required to pay 100% of the agreed service fee in advance for each billing cycle (monthly/contract basis).

Since marketing and advertising are ongoing processes, we do not provide refunds for unused time, early termination, or change of mind.

3. Ad Spend Responsibility

Advertising budget (ad spend) paid directly to Meta, Google, or other platforms is separate from our service fees.

PSB Growth Venture is not responsible for refunds related to ad spends, as these are handled by the respective advertising platforms under their policies.

4. Performance Disclaimer

While our strategies are designed to maximize results, we do not guarantee specific leads, sales, or ROI.

Refunds will not be issued on the basis of campaign performance, as results are influenced by factors beyond our control (platform algorithms, audience behavior, competition, market conditions).

5. Contract Termination

Clients may choose to terminate the contract with a 15-day prior written notice.

Fees for services already rendered or ongoing in the current billing cycle will not be refunded.

6. Exceptional Cases

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where a duplicate payment has been made due to technical error.

Any such claims must be submitted in writing with valid proof, within 7 business days of the transaction.
